Electroplating production is equipped with the following equipment:
- mechanized aluminum processing line, where aluminum alloy parts are prepared for welding and coating, coatings are applied: electrochemical sulfuric acid anodizing and chemical oxidation of aluminum;
- mechanized galvanizing line for large-sized parts;
- a line of stationary baths for surface preparation of steel and non-ferrous metal parts for various coatings;
- a line of stationary baths for coating small-sized parts with zinc, electroplated nickel, tin-bismuth alloy, cold blackening of aluminum alloy parts;
- the site of special coatings, where hard anodizing of aluminum alloy parts, chemical nickel plating, copper plating, rhodium plating and silvering of parts are performed.
